At FMC, all of our Janitorial & Landscape Employees are truly our Employees and are on our payroll.

Each of FMC's Employees are uniformed, with our logo, which clearly identifies them.  This also adds a more professional appearance to your service-staff.

What if I have special Janitorial or Landscaping needs that I am having trouble getting done with my current vendor?

A:  

Then you definitely need to call us!  Utilizing our 'Problem Solving Approach' (PSA), FMC has been able to offer many solutions by customizing a maintenance plan to address our clients' specific needs.

Do you charge to come to our site to do a Janitorial or Landscape estimate?

A:  

No, we do not charge.  We schedule a time that is convenient for you, evaluate your grounds or facility, listen to your needs, and tailor a program to meet these.  You will always be dealt with professionally and in a courteous manner.

Q:  

If I leave a message for someone at FMC during business hours, will I receive a return call in a timely manner?

A:  

Yes!  Each of our Managers knows the importance of you, the Customer.  Our goal is to respond immediately or within a few hours if on an appointment.  If you happen to reach our overflow line, please be assured it is checked regularly throughout the business day.

How many hours per day does FMC operate?

Our Janitorial Division operates 24 hours each day.

Each of FMC's Site Foremen & Area Supervisors are equipped with pagers.  Our Supervisors & Managers each carry a Nextel cell-phone.
